I hope that Scott will post the Randobot results within a week of running it in the new meta, I don't know if crafting 3 legendaries is worth it if the deck isn't performing well in the new meta.


Pirates will be just fine in the new metagame, though they will take a step back as midrange shamen is going to rise again.
As will control warrior and tempo mage.

Just wanted to say i hit rank 5 with scottbreaks wild pirate warrior in eu servers.

took a very small amount of time although it did get stuck at rank 12 for a while.

When I understand that order I'll put the cards needed in the correct place.
I also added a small card value for the azure drake (creating a _combo.txt) because the bot missplay using too much often that card and I wanted to let it use a bit less.

edit: in the discovery file you set half for the non dragon card, and the rest is for the dragon cards. if i want to add some cards, how can i find the correct place? do you use a website for the card value? (Ex. arena tier list?) i want to place them in the correct place before testing them.

The discovery file is done in a priority order. So when I built it first thing I did was look at a list of dragons that are available and build those as highest priority for the netherspite historian so we can discover the best options for dragons. You can tweak this as you want if you want different dragons rated differently. I put them first so if you are playing against a deck that has dragons the drakonid operative can pull those into it's discovery as well. That's why I put drakonid at the top so in mirror match you can get lots of high value discovery cards. Then at lower priority on the list I started to build out card selections for the drakonid operative for different classes. I only added warrior and shaman I believe because I honestly haven't had time to finish the configs. That was as far as I made it since those were the two classes I saw the most on the ladder at the time. Priority here doesn't really matter except within the class or if they have dragons that might hit higher priority. If the file was complete you would really like to have the best option cards for the most popular decks for each class listed in there so when you play drakonid operative you pull the best possible card and try and avoid the ones the bot plays poorly. As far as getting the codes for the cards in the silverfish folder there is a carddb file that has all those codes. You just need to figure out when you play drakonid operative and are playing a rogue for instance what cards would I prioritize. Same for druid, same for hunter etc. That's the main part that the files are missing plus maybe some build out on the combo file to try and possibly hold a dragon so you have an activator. with the new xpac coming out and the fact that what I built was strong enough even being half assed to get me to rank 5 in standard and get me the golden priest I acomplished what I wanted. Sorry haven't actually completed the work on this I still think if the community worked on it we would have a very strong control deck to use instead of aggro but with new expansion we'll all be playing new decks next week.

I'm still trying to push through to legend with the new warrior configs. I've gotten one win away from rank 1 but haven't hit rank 1 yet. Lost it's way back to one game away from dropping back to 3 so I shut it off to wait for a better time to turn it back on. Still hoping it can make it but the win lose swings keep it from making very quick moves up or down the ladder. I think I'm sitting around 55% win rate. so it's climbing very slowly but haven't gotten lucky enough for it to push through to goal. fingers crossed it can make it today before season ends.

I've been running in legend ranks, and hit 146 with over 66% winrate on NA. Can't say what is causing your issues, but if you're getting 55%, you'll prob get there if you keep running it.

hey guys ive got an issue, i tried switching deck to randombots one but the bot can't find the deck settings, i made a new deck and created a folder in the data folder with the decks name and copied in the combo, settings etc into it but it won't use them.

i've tried reinstalling silverfish but its still not picking the settings up.

it seems to pick them up if i put them in the base silverfish folder but not the data folder at all.

guess ill only run one deck for a while with the bot.

Saving for new xD expansion. I do not have it all, I'm missing some legendary epics and I'm missing two of each, because I only have one. I don't have the entire collection either, but I have every "good card", and I don't DE any legendaries. Currently sitting on around 25k gold and 15k dust. However, I crafted all the golden versions of the "Hall of Fame" cards, so the dust will be getting a bump as soon as the new year happens.

Probably not as well, but I think control warrior in general will be very strong in wild. Like any expansion, it's going to take a month or so until the best decks are flushed out for both standard and wild.
