I would try setting playaround to false, see what it does to your winrate. If it's the newer Dre deck you should probably leave it whatever - he likely tested.
Even if you put speed=true, the code currently forces it to false. I have done some testing with a modified AI that allows speed=true. It works decently well for face decks without random effect cards. It completely eliminates the druid non-attack datasync, which is very satisfying, but it can cause 'weird' issues sometimes. If random effects are triggered it can misplay. It's not something you would want to use for most decks until someone updates the code.
