Say, how do you make it so egg is played the turn before if you have an activator in hand? I can use combo to make both played on the same turn but in successive turns.

With nxtturn

EGGCARDID,0;nxttrn;ACTIVATORCARDID,0;bonusfirst:30;bonussecond:50

Increase the numbers behins the cardID (curently 0) to add penalty if you dont want to have it playeds less outside the combo

So I never actually downloaded this stuff, I just went to the github and copy/pasted the text in each file into the corresponding file in my folders, is that why it's not working properly? I still cannot get the proper files to load in Silverfish when I start it because of the errors in not finding the files that never go away

Hey y'all! Sorry I have been missing lately. I just moved from NY to TX, and things have been crazy. I only have a laptop, and have had very limited time to do anything. I just wanted to give an update that I hit rank 5 with Dre's Midrange Shaman, and I will be back to working on current meta decks as soon as I move into my new house.

Thanks again to Dre, sepefeets and everyone else for their hard work! I can't wait to get back to contributing soon. Cheers all!

Would it be best if I delete Hearthranger, Silverfish, everything, and just start from scratch? I don't know which step contains the error and this seems like the best way to fix it. But I also don't want to lose my lifetime access to the bot or lose any important files, etc.

Hi buddy I am wondering if you make any changes to the .txts for the Midrange Shaman deck ? I use exact txt files from Dre for combo, mulligan, setting as well but the bot keep making questionable plays like hero power first then Thunder Bluff (even though I see that the combo file does list the correct way to use Thunder Bluff then hero power) and misplacing the flame tongue totem. I know the setting is control but that was also one game where the bot went all out face with both fire elementals when enemy's broad did demand some answers, not to mention it did not trade effectively the whole game.

I have just reached rank 5 with Dre midrange shaman settings and deck build. Tbh its much easier to rank up during days than nights.

No changes made. I have seen the bot make a few misplays, but it was still able to get me to Rank 5.

Scotts one is called: Standard Midrange - scottbreak - its from last season tho so dunno how it will do

Change deck entierly, Zoolock is very bad against warriors, if you fight allot of them pick a deck better against warriors (like midrange shaman or hunter)

Visit the Silverfish update tread Download the silverfish folder and replace the silverfish folder inside your "…Hearthranger\externBot" folder with it. Also make sure you unblock your silver.exe and silver.dll files. To unblock those 2 files, after you replaced the silverfish map you:

- Go to the HearthRanger folder
- Go to the ExternBot folder
- Go to the Silverfish folder and find those 2 files: “Silver.dll” and “Silver.exe”
- Right click on each, click properties, and click unlock. Do same on both files.

The properties screen looks like this

That link no longer works, and I can't find 'unlock' anywhere when I try to look in these two file's properties. Where is it located?

Yea, I don't have that screen, I am on W7. I will go on without it and see what happens

Ok, I redownloaded everything. Followed the instructions to a T. I downloaded the data 7zip and put it into my Silverfish folder, which is in ExternBot. So I am in C:\Users\SyZ\Downloads\HearthRanger\ExternBot\Silverfish\Data\Paladin\Secrets

I copied the text from the github into each file, and didn't modify anything else other than to save it after.

I am just going to let it run for 100 games at rank 12 and see what happens and then post results here. Because I've been trying for a week to get it to work and IDK if it is or not but everyone is hitting rank 5 and I'm staring at 5 secrets in hand doing nothing

Edit: I re-read the errors. It could read _carddb but not the other files, so I looked in my folders. In the base Silverfish folder, it had _carddb but not the others, because they were in the Paladin\Secrets subfolder. So, I copied them into the base folder. Now, when I load up Silverfish it says: http://i.imgur.com/3WUuWwP.jpg

Is this it? Is it solved? Did I cure cancer?! I'll still run 100 games and post results to see.

You are 100% sure your paladin deck is called "Secrets" though?

But I have the same problem that my files are not reading from Data\Class\Deck Hence i didnt involve it in my guide yet. Placing them directly in the silverfish folder works for sure. the exe shows it should work for you now

But now it's back to never doing anything with secrets

Steward of Darkshire in play against 2 minions, it doesn't drop Noble Sacrifice

Next turn, it drops Tirion against 2 more minions, doesn't drop Noble Sacrifice ...

Never seems to want to use Redemption, and only sometimes uses Avenge
