Sometimes I wish I had all the required legendaries for your deck Scott - seems to be an amazing Pirate Warrior.

Scottbreak, I see your maxwide is 9500. Can a normal computer run that? Or should I turn it down. I'm still learning how all of those variables impact roping out on accident. Could you clarify a little for me and anyone else that is curious?

Thanks! Love your work!

My machine isn't crazy (i7-4770K @ 3.5GHz with 16 GB RAM), and I haven't had any roping. You can check your SilverLogs, and search the text files for "rope", if it shows up, you can lower the settings (version 2.0 has a maxwide of 8500). I also set the priority of Silver.exe and Heathranger.exe to high in the Task Manager.

Im working on the standard metagame.
Currently, testing my mid range druid without the jade mechanic and with on 2 different accounts.
So far the without is doing best at rank 6 when i left for work. Of course that will change with the new cards coming out.
Elemental jade agro shamen will be a staple deck, but i also think the midrange elemental jade shamen has a place in metagame.
Its exciting to see how the metagame shifts since pirates will no longer be viable.

I'll get back to work once the new meta is set. Until then, I will not be making any updates to any of my files. Now that sepe is discontinuing SF, I will put my energy into VAI.

I am excited to mess around with the new set, have some fun, and find an archetype the bot plays well enough to have some long term success.

What is the overall consensus of the community, would you guys rather I work on Standard or Wild?

Both would be the ideal situation - but if you really want to only focus on 1 area, then I'd say standard. Much easier in the long-run.

I don't think I will have the time to do both. My thought is actually that Wild would have more long term value because all of the card will always remain in play. However, it seems like many of you don't have card from the older sets.

I made a quick survey: Standard vs. Wild

Yep I chose Wild too. Standard is good too, but I guess ultimately I'll just have to dust some of my adventure legendaries to make the ones I'm missing.

Same story, have mostly all cards, so day after day i understand that Wild can be more interested in future, may be more popular than standard.

Why Astral Communion inside Wild Pirate Warrior? Is this a mistake?

It seems to be the bot, not the combo. You're not alone in your frustration. I am pulling my hair out, I just lost 9 games in a row. I watched the bot start making the worst plays imaginable; no idea what's going on. I tried a fresh install, but that didn't help either. I may be giving up...

Thank you for your post... I already started to believe I'm going crazy after I noticed in match VS Dragon priest bot used Mortal Strike on Blackwing Corruptor, next turn hit another Blackwing Corruptor with Arcanite Ripper... all that while Priest had 9 or 10 hp...

No, just a standard in all combos because the card is so terrible. i.e. Mage plays Spell Slinger, you get it Astral Communion, bot plays it, and you loose...
