So I let the deck run from 1am to 10am (GMT), and the results were much better!
Throughout the day it seems the deck can barely escape Rank 10 - and that's with over 24hours play time. However, during the night, the deck was able to reach Rank 7 ***.

I shall repeat this tonight and update you guys with the results.

Got from rank 9 to 4 today in 30 wins today with Dre's midrange hunter.

Just wanted to tell you about a bug, with midrange shaman I was in a situation where the bot wanted to remove a 6-3 minion, I had lighting bolt in hand and rockbiter weapon. The bot used the rockbiter weapon instead of the lighting bolt. I believe it should have used the lighting bolt since rockbiter weapon is used as a combo card?

i think that can be fixed in the _combo.txt by setting a higher value to rockbiter

Here my experience:
Mid range hunter dre, Silverfish 123.5SE

Running the deck on night, i hit rank 7; i've tried to run during the day and i lost 5 games in a row... back to rank 9.

I will try tonight.

hey guys.

i would like to thank everyone working in this project, and the bot makers.

i have been reaching rank 5 in the last 2 seasons.

last month i used dre's mid range hunter on a laptop which couldn't get past rank 9 because of roping, so i pushed it to rank 5 manually.

this season it reached rank 6 with full stars (using a pc this time, dre's new mid range hunter) before it disconnect (i have an unstable connection) so i pushed it manually to rank 5 again.

stats: from rank 10 i think to 6 full stars:

Hi all,

Great job on the decks and bot. I used dre's midrange hunter to get to rank 4 yesterday. As far as i can tell every play was perfect but i did find 2 misplays.

1. the bot dropped houndmaster on an empty board and then played barnes. With all the beasts in the deck barnes is guaranteed to pull out a beast and hounmaster should be played second. this happened twice and i lost the game cuz of it.

2. there was an inefficient trade with shaman where a 2 attach and 3 attack minion were both used to kill the card draw totem and wrath of air totem was left standing when they could have both been killed. aoe was used next turn and that game was lost too.

Other than that great work! I let the bot run from 11 PM PST to 5 AM PST during weekdays.

@Sepefeets - How does SF use "tracking" card? If I have a discover file, will it pull from that or does it have it's own algorithm altogether? Thanks!

@bobsmith9999 - Yes tracking is essentially just another discover card that can be controlled in _discovery.txt.

I'm not sure what you mean by "unlucky"? I have a lower win-rate than you and reached Rank 5 last night. It did however fall back to Rank 7 before I woke up, but that's my fault... The good players come out just before 10am! Haha.



I'd advise botting from 1am - 10am (GMT). I was unable to break out of Rank 10 before doing so, so I'm sure it'll help you!


That's another + for Dre's Midrange Hunter - (+1 Leeroy Jenkins, -1 Scavenging Hyena)

Hi guys just wanted to post my results for using hr i got from rank 20 to rank five in about two weeks with only 2-5 hours of play per day using dres midrange hunter decks, i switched from rag hunter to hyena hunter about rank 11.

Stats for rag hunter : Winrate 55.8% 53-42 Midrange Hunter version 1 stats

Stats for hyena hunter: 51% winrate 80-77; (Deck tracker wouldn't give me expanded stats for the updated deck for some reason).

Overall per class winrate and per rank winrate for the run: Overall Win

Also whilst watching the bot play ive noticed an issue with its use of quick shot it will always use it first even if its going to be using the rest of the cards in its hand that turn anyway for instance one time i had a bite and quick shot in hand and 10 mana both were going to be used to clear the board so you'd imagine you'd go bite -> shot-> draw card but instead it went shot -> bite -> no extra card. I know sometimes it might be needed to go that order but everytime i saw it do it it wasn't needed don't have logs as i wasn't on the pc at the time and forgot to note the time but it shouldn't be too hard to reproduce.

Shit man... after many days closest it got was rank 6. wtf... so hard to reach rank 5? wtf... 42.7% with mid hunter omg phuck man... why can't the bot just use aggro shaman? is it really so hard?

You mean like the deck in the OP... I got rank 6 with Dre's aggro shaman twice this month (at the very beginning and again mid month) and the 2nd time it was only 1 win away from 5.
