Updated Dre configs on github.

@er009 - Someone noticed you had the wrong card id for kindly grandmother in your hybrid hunter configs and gave a PR with the fix. A lot of the boss match cards share names with the playable cards but all playable cards start with "KAR_" in their id's.

Ok guys, stats so far:

- My Midrange Shaman is currently doing the best job for me (51% and climbing)
- Aggro shaman sits around 47% still very good but there are some big problems with it posted on the silverfish tread so giving sepe the time to look into it before i go further with it
- Tested BlackOaks (Spacemonkey's) Secret paladin deck and it sits around 47% for me without files. So I will re-run it will a very small file today.

Zoo-lock files! here Please test a variation of This Zoolock (- Bran +extra Dark iron Dwarf/Gormok) I have files for them allready, been VERY succesfull in the past but not tested for a season now. Here are the files See the deck file for deck variations
Aggro-Shaman files here In case you missed it here are my aggro-shaman NEW files again (new version of the one in the OP) for a variation of this deck (-Mealstorm +extra Horserider) Here are the files

Now more important

PLEASE people run these following decks for about 30 matches in ladder or quick (doesnt matter) Without ANY files - only the basic settings.txt file with comes default with silverfish.

Please help and contribute to test the 2 deck's above without any files, 30 games is enough for me. 50 is ideal. I can't test EVERYTHING by myself because then i spend most time testing instead of making files.

For Aggro Shaman, do you want us to use Rush deck rules, or just default?

Deckrules dont effect silverfish AI, read my guide how to set up silverfish. So you can leave that on default always. In the files for the shaman settings.txt is included, like always :)

Oh hang on. Are you wanting us to test those dragon and druid decks without files? It just occurred to me that's probably what you meant.

Hi Dre, I have all the cars for the druid and warrior deck, and I can do 30 or 50 games in two days. Are you need some logs file? How can I get the logs for you?. Sorry for my english.

Hmm, I thought I had the right card ID, you need to show me so I would understand where the problem lies.

Edit1: So I checked and you changed it into KAR_005, but in my carddb it shows up like this:

Care to eloborate why its like this?

My KAR_005:

Edit2: Anyways I changed my files accordingly too, suprisinlgy I never noticed if the bot ever muligan away the grandmother, thats if it ever did that.
Edit3: Forgot to thank whoever which found the error :) Cheers.

How do I run them on basic settings? Tell the bot to not run the extern AI and then choose one of the 5 default settings (ie deckrulesrush.xlsx)??

Edit: here's what I did and will continue to run through 50 wins unless it's wrong (playing the beast druid deck) ...

I moved my entire Silverfish folder to my desktop to preserve everything after testing, then downloaded the newest versions Sepefeets put up a few hours ago. All I did was say to use externai and didn't modify anything, but I'm a little worried as the mulligan and combo files in there are for standard midrange hunter. Does it not matter because none of those cards are in the deck?

So I ran the dragon warrior deck for the whole duration of my 2-hour limit for the free version, and here's what I have at this point after 19 games:

DRUID: 1 win, 0 loss
HUNTER: 2 win, 1 loss
MAGE: 0 win, 1 loss
PALADIN: 0 win, 1 loss
PRIEST: 5 win, 1 loss
ROGUE: 2 win, 0 loss
SHAMAN: 1 win, 1 loss
WARLOCK: 1 win, 0 loss
WARRIOR: 0 win, 2 loss

No no dont do this - just take out the mulligan and combo files and leave the setting.txt in there what comes with silverfish. Dont turn of silverfish. Also dont run a deck with wrong mulligan because it will discard all.

Well, that would explain why it's 0-8 ... so I'll do that and run another 50 games and post a report

After I figure out where the hell it's pulling files from. It just says Silverfish, but I have a copy on my desktop, in another folder, and then the actual Silverfish folder inside Hearthranger. I deleted mulligan and combo but it still says it's reading them from /silverfish. Well, I don't know where it's reading them from lol

I think this is correct:

I ran the Dragon Warrior deck for 30 games starting at Rank 18. I made it to Rank 15; my stats are as follows:
16-14 (53.3%)
Druid (2-0) Hunter (4-3) Mage (1-4) Paladin (2-2) Priest (2-0) Rogue (1-0) Shaman (0-1) Warlock (1-1) Warrior (3-3)

That's one of the types of play the bot does to lose you the game, but again your in the wrong thread without logs so it cant be fixed.

The carddb.txt file comes from the game files (after cleaning it some) so it has every card in the game. As I said, many adventure boss fight cards share the same names as collectible cards but they have different card id's and different effects. KARA_05_01b is a boss fight card, KAR_005 is a collectible card. Anything that starts with "KARA_" is a boss fight card, anything that starts with "KAR_" is collectible.

I don't know if that last bit is meant as a joke or what but mistakes in writing configs is appropriate for this thread.

from mid next week i can contribute a bit to the testing part. these days i dont have much time :)

New season looks good. So far and from other forums and inputs from friends. aggro shaman and mid level are some of the best botting decks (even gone till rank 3). Not sure, but there should also be a few more decks of course :)

All the best,

26-24 with the beast druid deck, basic settings

I noticed that the bot has no clue what to do with Fandral in play - it basically just times out

Some other missplays but I think you just wanted to see if this has potential?

Based on a > 50% win rate against mostly legends, I think it might

Is the point of the tests to almost reverse engineer what is wrong with how it's being played until it's played flawlessly?

Simplified, for idiots like me ...

Let's say the deck has 10 missplays, like how it doesn't do anything with Fandral. So now you code what to do, and it has 9 missplays

Somebody else finds that it doesn't want to do X in Y situation, so you fix it, and now it has 8 missplays

And eventually it's proper and is able to hit rank 5 like the other decks?

If there's more decks to test posts the lists and I'll knock them out tomorrow and Monday

Yes, also since I do this for quite a while i kinda know what the bot finds dificult and what not. So first i look at the deck like that. For idea's I open up like 4 good rated Beast druid decks from different websites and check differences. With the bot in mind I now made the following changes: -Fandal + An extra Tiger (it only had one) and -Druid of the Flame +Mounted Raptor. Yes i see the potential for Fandal but it will be to hard for the bot to combo right all times, also allot of beast-druid decks don't run him. I personaly see more value in the Raptor then the Druid of the Flame. Also other decks made this swap. Also the raptor is better for the bot.

Now i make a mulligan for all classes, think about nice curves and combinations to keep. I start without any combo file and then let it run a night. The next day I have allot of logs and that is where the work begins. From here I look what classes i was weak against and make changes in the mulligan for that class. And then track and trace all misplays I find in the logs. At first I look mostly at opening turns because i can force them easly in the combo files and openings are the most important. AI misplays i post in the silverfish treads and deck misplays i fix in the combo files. Indeed like you said. from 10 misplays to 9 etc. Fixing a misplay in the combo file can result in 2 new misplays being made. So there is were some experience comes into play xD

And yes, you can test my Warlock - It has complete files and all. Posted in the same post. It hasnt been tested at all last 2 months. But it might be good again.
