That's one sneaky update you did there! but it's so cool at the sametime.

I'll keep you guys updated next week on my hunter adventure.

PS. Current Brian Kibler's Dragon pala is pretty bad, getting rekt left and right by priest or aggro/tempo decks.

dat above line right there, should be included in all combo files due to the fact I've witnessed the bot playing it off the spellslinger, needless to say the bot lost that game.

Regarding Jab's hybrid hunter, freezing trap is cool vs aggro shams and ctrl priest(wth all priest are ctrl) but it's kinda useless against mirror/board flood type of decks so I'm on the fence about it, tried some last season with Cloakedhunter and I did not like the outcome at all mainly cause bot doesn't understand they can play secrets for free when cloakedhunter is on the board but again Freezing trap alone is pretty solid when I think about it.

Edit: I just played vs dre aggro shaman and lost as hybrid hunter :( bot is stronk

this is the deck im doin atm but with
-1 freezing
- 1 fiery bat
+ argent horse
+ 1 houndmaster

tested near all the decks out there eloise's, thijs, and so on...

one deck i didnt test and its rly strong is the one from opex alex, with Sylvana and Ragnaros, cause i dont have this cards atm. (and he went on rank 5 there today rly fast)

as i told rank 3 last season with it and after hittin 3 i did follow up by plaing by my self so i have only the last 2-3 days tested on it and today its on 12

did about 50 games with the freezing trap but the bot didnt play it well just and not at the best moments

and ye also tried some with aggro last season and as i told or better said i wrote for a while in the silver fish threads to get the aggro decks running the bot needs to get his "playaround" function up to date, thats why i stopped trying aggro decks ... with mid the bot dont need to know...

i rly love aggro shaman :) 2 times top 300 endseason selfplay but i think its not possible to get the bot playin it well till the "playaround" isnt fixed.
and there are a lot of tricks the bot needs to know to play around for instance never play an unsafe faceless.. all the time u got trade-trade-deadly shot for instance or all that sh**

So right now the best performing deck for the bot is hybrid hunter with Abusive, Squire, Horserider, etc? Or Dre's hunter?

My midrange hunter has a rank 8 report on the first day, my aggro shaman is currently on rank 10. I think those are the highest reports right now. But try something. Maybe a whole new deck without any rules and report that. Maybe you let the bot run a day without files with a dragon warrior (for example) if the wr is like 40% if gives us allot of information. Its day one - 30 more days to go xD

ah right and what i did forget i think tomorrow the ppl are going to play more control cause of the new wing and the 5 leg cards is imho only viable with a big control deck (and ye the people alle want to try this sh** card :) ) and so the aggro shaman will get again a little more unviable.

and hearthstone is and will always be like "scissors stone paper"

Aggro beats MidRange
MidRange beats Control
Control beats Aggro

Haha yeah the Astral Communion. hehe it screwed me over once, never again :) My winrate with the aggro shaman yday against hunter was 65%. So the more hunters the better for me xD

I think the meta is changeing to fast at the moment for Rank 5.

Hey guys, just wanted to post the statistics with Hybrid Hunter, I did a full grind from 10g-100g, and I really like the results so far.



The deck reached rank 15 today.

Midrange Hunter, and ur last files (mulligan etc) amd last silverfish, Winrate one 3rd Week of August 55%... last Week of August (after new Karazhan) i drop down to 48% and down to Rank11. Then i stopped the bot.

Against Rush-Warlock and secret Pala i had a nearly 100% lost rate.

I'm posting this winrate and resetting it...
Is ~50% winrate even good enough to reach high ranks?
And is it supposed to play Highmane into Doomsayer? It had an option to kill it with Kodo...

Exactly 50% you can def hit rank 5,, below that it takes a lot more luck and time. (coz u also on average losing stars and depend solely on getting win streaks)

The bot doesn't really adjust for special effects. I doubt it ever will, just think about all the other unique effects like Kodo and Doomsayer.....

44% win rate with the old Standard Midrange Hunter, no modifications. Peaked at 13 and then tanked back to 18 where it stayed (started at 17). This was over about 65 games. I'll probably swap to one of the newer decks this weekend and post results

Do you mean no configs at all or just not changing the deck to counter what you faced? That is impressive.
