I'm interested in the math and strategy for Hearthstone. Is there a database somewhere that tracks the cards played in games? Or a program that can track the player and the cards played?

Little bit of feedback:

After 300 games (roughly) "I" was able to reach Rank 6 this season with dre's Midhunter - currently sitting at Rank 7 again.
Playing only on EU, mostly from 10PM to 7AM and 8AM to 4PM, only 60 games per set.

about 50% winning chance. Some misplays (only witness a few due to being asleep or @work) but the ones I witnessed are mentioned so far (like Beastmaster being played after active animal attacked)

On summary - very pleased!

Currently collecting dust/cards for Midrange Shaman.

Keep up the good work please.

Sub 50% win rate over another 90-100 games, bot fell from 13 to 11

I had upgraded to the new patch with Kara support, but I know nothing in Silverfish has been updated

Still, I just don't feel it's working properly if over the last 250 games I have not been able to crack rank 10. The bot hit 7 at its peak last season, and I haven't modified anything

Legend players are still in the 1-10 ranks. Dre probably got a lucky streak.

Pro tip: alt+print screen to take a screenshot of just the current window.


So one of my accounts had bombed to rank 20 because of a test build but last night it climbed back up to almost 12.

Due winstreaks its not nessesairy to get above 50% every day. In fact, after dropping till 9 this season due testing, yesterday i gained a rank till 8 again with just 44,8% winrate. Its about "luck" aswell. I say "luck" because if you play more and more games statistic takes over and you should theoreticly gain ranks. As the post says, its about 2750 games to rank 5 just with 45% winrate every bit more winrate will get you there allot faster.

Thanks for the tip on screenshot, I didn't know

I realized the bot actually hit rank 8 at its height (because of the rank of the chest I have available), so it apparently went from 11 to 8 while I was at work and then dropped to 12-13 again. This was before the Silverfish update, which I just updated (I believe so .. it doesn't have any sort of installer. I just opened the .rar file and copied the 6 files into the Silverfish folder and overwrote them all, and I still have the deck, combo, mulligan settings as before). Hearthranger itself was also updated after Kara dropped. I'll run it again all day today and post results, if it's even still useful, since 5 people have confirmed rank 5 so it's nothing new

Random question: whenever I try to load the settings, it gets stuck on this screen: http://imgur.com/LYW9Yoz and then I have to load it again. Does this matter?

You can also just click print screen and hearthstone will auto save the hs window to desktop.

When that happens I just click the settings button again and then the settings window comes up.

I would dare to say so, since the others are basicly the same decks but with allot smaller (less refined) files. Maybe to keep it clean its an idea to remove those.

Wake up, check the bot, it's still at 11, I watch one minute

It's turn 9, playing against a warrior with 10 life, 2 armor, and a 5/4 Technician in play. I have 2 1/1 spiders from Infested Wolf.

The bot plays Call of the Skill, uses 1 of the 2/1 spiders to attack into the Technician, and then sends the 2/1 spider and 5/2 Huffer face.

Like, how is this possibly the best move? Either trade both 2/1 spiders into it, or go face with everything because the 5/4 Misha clears the 5/4 Technician.

Of course it didn't end up mattering because the guy was pro enough to drop Deathwing with me at 15, survive the next turn at 5, and then topdeck Grom like a true legend and go face with it for 16 damage

I just don't understand how every single time I watch this bot play I feel it's making a missplay, I seem to be the only person on here who can't hit 5 with it, and every time I watch one of these missplays the bot sure enough ends up losing

I know misplays can be frustrating.

Make sure you are using Sepefeet's silverfish and if there is any problem / misplay while you're using it, check the appropriate thread ( http://www.hearthranger....fish-update--WotOG.aspx ) and report it there with the log file antecedently uploading to a site such as pastebin.

+1 Dre's Hunter Standard (no changes on the deck)

Tried this Season tundra, tiger and double deadly...

double deadly with 122,3 SE Silverfish brought me last season to Rank 3.

so imho

(Tundra ≥ Double Deadly Shot) > Tiger


depending on the enemies you face, against much control = double deadly
against aggro and imho secrets = tundra rhino
