Does the bot (silverfish AI) know how to play C'Thun decks well (Rogue, Priest, Druid)? Or does it require some files? If so, where to get them?

It's pretty good with C'thun decks since they just barf minions onto the board, but the only C'thun deck still alive in this meta is C'thun Warrior which is a bit too control for the bot and it's only a tier 3 deck anyways. They are really only good as cheap starter decks for new players.


I got rank 5 on my 2nd account last night with Dre's mid shaman -1 thalnos +1 kobold geomancer.

For curiosity I tried it, and it get me from rank 8 to 758 Legend in two days (working like 20 hours a day).

So a bot can get you to Legend.

There some really big difference between HR and Smartbot.

Frist the calculation is not local, it's done on a server. That mean the calculate time is very short. It nearly never rope, even on complex board.
Then the bot learn the meta and know which deck you are facing. WIth that he can adjust the plays.
Ex: If he you play again a warrior and the deck have no brawl, then he will spam the board, etc....

It's very strong when the bot learn about the meta, and I thinks HR is missing this.

Is HR going in this way one day? I hope it'll happen.

There are many bots that reached legendary before. Difference between Hearthranger and those bots is HR is the only bot which never had one single banned user. Smartbot has serval, in fact - don't be surprised if you get banned in time now.

Also...This bot reaches rank 5 pretty easy nowdays. Why would you even want to be higher then rank 5? You get like 20? extra dust on the end of the month in comparison to rank 5. Thats it. I reckon you don't really get a feeling of accomplished when you reached legend by doing nothing at all? xD

I reached the Legend rank manual ages ago, got the cardback - I earned it, that gave me a good feeling. I started to bot to get golden heroes, altough it doesnt feel special now because i didnt work for it at all. At the moment i bot mostly to test stuff to make you guys happy xD

TLDR: Rank 5 is great for the rewards. Reach legend manual if you want to accomplisch something, all bot's who can reach legend had banwaves.

I just have one thing to say about SB: you really ought to do a little research on wirmate and decide if you trust him with any of your data and want to support his behavior...

I thinks you didn't get what I wanted to say.

If you watch HR paying it does a lot of mistakes and don't care about the kind of decklist you have in front of you. I thinks SB is better because of this features.

I'm also botting for gold and not to get legend. But if you have the potentiel to get legend easily then it means that you can grind your gold even faster.


I'm talking about adding a feature to HR that play by knowing the decklist in front of you.

Don't be too agressive guys, it's just some kind of advice ^^

I used the latest Dre's settings with geomancer in it, made no changes.

as for settings i changed the following because I would rope with Dre's higher values

maxwide = 5500;
twotsamount = 1100;


Also time of the day is important. playing late at night (based on the HS server time) seems to have a higher win rate than the day time

I use dre midrange chaman

and

maxwide = 4500
twotsamount = 900

no bloolust

and silverfish 127.SE from @dre that all

Maybe I'm lucky this day :D

From Rank 20 to Rank 5 with Dre's settings(5500 maxwide) - Midrange Shaman in ~250 games.

I substituted 2 x (Spirit Claw) because I don't have it, with Bloodlust and Flamewreathed Faceless.

Yeah I know they are not that great, I'm just trying to come up with some decks that the bot can play well and farm golden heroes at rank 20.

i dont have the Resoults from botwindow ...( i post this next month)
i can just show my goldfarming

But ...i reach each month easy Rank 3-5
i start in the middel of the month and need around 2-3 days ( just botting in the night @ weekend )
Secret Pala Wild + Silverfish .(no other changes done)

If smartbot can reach Legend every month, why can HearthRanger only barely make it to Rank 5(3 if lucky)?
Has smartbot been in development longer?
