New Mid-range Shaman Files

Sepe can you change this in the OP and giftub: https://dl.dropboxuserco...20Midrange%20shaman.zip

- As promised the new files, I'am not 100% satisfied still but I think most is in the AI atm, have to wait on some fixed and toughts from sepe, to retest some things and maybe change the files based on that.

- This deck got me to rank 5 in the last 2 days (12 and 13 oct). From 20 to 11 with 100% and then from 11 to 5 with 55% So you can add a + right away sepe :)

- Expect this files to change a bit aswell later on. Iam still working on it. But i promised to post it so yeah xD

i don't have thalnos, substitutions?

I dropped from 13 to 16 using the new shaman. Might've just had a few bad beats, I'll watch it soon. Also, maybe, this time of day isn't good. I feel like ladder is a lot harder this season than last but idk.

Ive tested Dre´s Shaman Deck for a while. Seems working, but I´ve detected one problem:

If your board is too full, the "thinking time" of the silver.exe is too long. I had some situations, that my Minions didnt attack, because the time was over.

My system has 8GB Ram + i5-5200U Processor. My silverfish AI version is 123.65 SE.

Any ideas?

Guys check if you are roping and lower settings, if your board is full and it takes to much time to calculate, you must lower the settings in settings.txt.

Again This was my winrate from 20 to 10ish:

and this from 10ish-5

So if you have like 30% winrate something must be wrong in the config. Make sure Silverfish 7SE is running and everyting is set up correctly.

If you don't mine me asking, how would you recommend lowering the settings? Like dropping maxwide from 6500 to 5000, etc?

I've actually had to lower it to 4500 since I started using my old laptop (i3 380m), and even then I sometimes get roping out (especially with Dre's hunter deck due to the board becoming crowded many times). I'm still trying to find the sweet spot.

I've also lowered twotsamount to 1000.

If anyone recommends some values for my current cpu then pls do. I just don't want to lower it too much such that it starts having a negative effect.

I just use the setting.txt in your file. and doesnt work well, drop to 10 from 8(I get 8 by hand).

Dropped my settings and updated silverfish to .7SE and now we're 5-1. 16->14 in rank. I'll keep everyone posted, looking good.

EDIT: Rank 12, haven't lost. Good shit. Keep your silverfish updated!
EDIT2: Rank 11, haven't lost.

Dropping maxwide from 6500 to anything lower like 5000 and twotsamount to 20% of your maxwide number.

As often said my settings are usualy high. Well i can push it to 10000 in some decks. But the speccs of my pc are very high. Someday we will have a rope-out counter/notifier/text in log. So you will see directly when you need to lower (or up) settings. But i have to test with something. So i often do it with 6500 maxwise. Usualy works. But yeah this deck is more crowed on the board then the hunter, and it also recalculates allot more i think. due the nature of the hero-power.

To review:

I had .5SE as my silverfish version and dropped from 13 to 16 in rank.

I updated to .7SE and changed my settings so my turn wouldn't expire and immediately went 13-1. I'm almost rank 10, 1 or 2 stars away and I'm still on my streak. Lost to a warrior. 6-0 vs mage, some were freeze, supposedly the shaman deck's worst matchup.

What to change in settings so that it doesn't think too long?
