Kaz Card Error: SF plays Netherspite Historian (KAR_062) without Dragon in hand

http://pastebin.com/qM11LAMQ

This has happened a few times.

Until fixed, will making it a high card value in the combo file "fix" it so it will wait until there is a dragon in hand?

Turn 2 it attacks with unbuffed spirit claw into a 1/2 enemy minion. I woudnt have attacked it myself but i tought ok maybe it sets up a 2-turn kill. But then turn 3 it doenst attack it at all. So the 1/1 stays on the board.

Best option in here. dont attack and leave the 1/2 unless you get a sp totem..
2nd best option. kill it in 2-turns with the unbuffed hook.
Worst option. Attack it once and then let it live :P

http://pastebin.com/wSpURVS0

WHOA! turn 5 attacks a 7/4 ! minion with it's face which is only 3 attack.... It also had MORE then enough minions on the board to get a nice trade of it. For example use the barnes to kill it. But now it did not only take 7 damage to face, but it also leaves a 7/1 on the board.

The first one is already fixed, one of the HB devs pointed it out this morning.

The second one it says it attacked the stoneclaw totem into the shade to finish the shade off. If you were lower hp then it would care more about the 7 dmg but at full life it values the minions more.

Fixed, there was a typo in the penalty causing it to check the board minions instead of hand cards.

Well yeah true... But headbusting a 7 at minion? when you can trow a 4/4 into it. I 4/4 to kill a 7/4 is pretty decent trade. I would like this over taking 7 damage to face most of the times. Esp. with my board. But ok - lets leave that then...

If I reach a better rank on wild than standard, my friends will see the best or standard?
It they see the best, they will know that is wild/standard?
Because I and my friends have betting who reaches the highest rank, and I think the easiest way is bot with wild secret pala

Sry for my bad english, I'm Brazilian

Note: do not judge me, you are also cheating haha

@gaiusz - No log, no fix. I've played a lot of zoo and never seen that.

@romanov2 - That doesn't really have anything to do with this thread but your highest rank in either mode is displayed on your friend list and the border will have thorns if it's a wild rank.

I think currently Maelstrom portal has a bit to high penalty to play it without spellpower and a bit to high of a bonus to play it with. I have no current cardvalue on it. But wanted to make one for this play in the evening:

sorry for not the full log, it plays Maelstorm here to kill one minion because it has spellpower. I didnt want to bother you with it at first and just make a cardvalue but then i saw another log.

http://pastebin.com/GQELvDX8

- Here on turn 2/5 it can clear to minions pretty easy and its a huge tempo gain. But it holds it because it has no spellpower i guess.

I'm having trouble figuring out what exactly you think are the right conditions for maelstrom portal.

In the first one it seems the enemy is a hand/reno lock and the tempo play was good unless you're worried about overextending, but it's not really thinking about what type of deck the enemy has, just the value of saving a spiritwolf from the enemy trade in and spawning a 1 drop.

In the second one the enemy is a shaman and while the tempo might be good, there's also going to be way better tempo swing opportunities later. There's no threats on the board and nothing to protect either.

If you think it's right as it is then leave it for now - i'll try to fix some things in the combo and report back if I found something that can help.

regarding the data-sync:

Say if you need to full log, but this was pretty weird. at 5/5 it pressed hero power. then on 3/5 it did not saw the totem (as posted before) BUT it saw the spirit claw went from 1/3 to 3/3 and it makes the right move based on that! Ofc i like this, its like a safety net. But is it normal the data sync has only affect on parts of the board?

Edit; Ah here is the full log anyway because i found a misplay: http://pastebin.com/w1g1qyZ4

- Turn 6 - it plays (in this order) thing from below (3) + Flametongue totem (2) - 1 mana lost. Right play sould be: Flametongue (2) Thing from below (becomes 2) then it has 2 mana left for heropower. result: No mana lost, extra totem on the board. Never mind fixed in SE7 i think since it sims right in there.

I had 3 more misplays all wrong-order things but they are all fixed when i sim them in SE7 lol - sneaky update :P that wasnt in the changelog.

This is one though, sorry just a sim board because the outcome is even worse in 6SE (plays Maelstrom and then heropower) but in 7SE this sim:
Plays Heropower + Maelstrom + lightning storm. Then when it does heropower and its not a SP it STILL casts Maelstrom.

This should be: Heropower, IF sp totem THEN Maelstrom portal ELSE lightning storm.

Yes all data sync problems are partial board updates. Something as simple as playing rockbiter could show that the card was missing from hand but not that the buff was applied, newly played minions could appear on board but not the affect of their battlecry, and druid hero power could show +1 armor but not the +1 attack.

If it reliably sees the +2 on spirit claws with a missing air totem then that's a little good but the totem is still missing so SF still won't know about the +1 spell dmg for spells which is really bad.

misplay/doubtful play:

Last turn: attacks the Azure Drake with a 2 1 bilefin tidehunter instead of with one of the Selfless Hero's. The Azure Drake get's killed anyway, but now the Selfless Hero deathrattle isn't triggered. Of course in the next enemy turn he triggers both of them on one remaining minion, resulting in only one effective divine shield instead of 2. Or am I missing something, where it would be good to save the selfless heros over the Bilefin Tidehunter?
