Obviously, dusting cards is up to you, but when I first started out this is exactly what I did. Tbh though, getting to rank 5, while nice, is little more than bragging rights. If you run a bot every day for a month you will get about 4500 gold. At an average of 80 dust per pack that's 3600 dust a month. (this is a low average and doesn't count free packs from tavern brawl)
At rank 15, you will get around 150 dust worth of end of season rewards, and at rank 5 you will get around 600 dust worth of rewards.
So by getting to rank 5 you will net around 450 more dust in a month than if you just played a little ranked and mined your tanked mmr in casual. There is little real difference between ±4000 dust and ±4500.
The idea behind this thread is to give people that have been botting for some time something further to try and accomplish by super fine tuning everything (i think).
If your just starting out, I'd build as good a deck as you can and not worry too much about rank, focus on a deck that can quickly and easily farm you your 100g/day and quests.
