Idea its simple to add programmable (excel file) to auto reply hero emotions like - (Thanks, Sorry, Well Played, Oops, Greetings and Threaten)
For example: When other player said Greetings the bot answer with Threaten and etc.

I don't think it's necessary to make auto reply customizable, there are no many options you can choose, and now bot already can answer randomly at properly timing.
