For Reinforce, the value -10 must be go with GAIN FOR CAST, but I don't think that is a good idea to try to block the hero ability. If you uses it you will have board presence and you willn't run out of cards easily. Same for Shaman ability. Did you try the change?
About Acidic Swamp, I will put a filter to destroy weapons with attack 2 or more.
When I did my first filter for this card, I did the same as you. I wrote all heroes in the same line, but the card didn't work. It must, but it didn't. I don't know why, so I decided to do the rules separated for each hero. I have the same problem with Explosive Trap Mulligan probably. I hope that JoyAdmin fix this problem.
I will add Frostwolf Warlock too.
However, I've watched a lot of games and the behaviour of Shattered Sun Cleric is ok for me. I know that the bot sometimes casts it on third turn without a minion on the board, but you gain board presence and I think that play it is fine. But maybe I am wrong. Opinions? Thoughts?
