It's on a free trial, but it suddenly decreases to 0 minutes in the middle
And sooner or later you surrender.
Re-folding will bring the time back to the original, should I try re-installing it?

No, I have the same issue today. The bot run out of trial time after 5 games albeit it usually has enough time to play 10 to 13. I think it was about an hour into the session, definitely long before 2 hours expired. Seems like the time counter went haywire. After restarting the bot, I could see 38 minutes remaining but not sure if that's accurate either (seems much closer to the truth than 0, anyhow).

That's right. In my case, it changes to 0 minutes in less than 30 minutes. I have to reconnect to increase the time again, and this changes to 0 minutes in about two rounds. I think the bot is broken
