Hi,
I am trying to reset password I forgot for my other account, which is registered to the same email address as this one.
When I provide answer to security question it says that new passwords is sent but I never receive it (I have email on gmail domain).
I have a 360 day key on that account and can't figure out if I actually forgot password or somebody got access to it and changed gmail.
I have key itself, transaction id, time, wallet number - all details with key purchase to verify myself if needed.
