Has anyone who got this error been able to fix it? I tried everything said on previous threads but nothing seems to work.
would be a shame to have to stop using this bot

So far nothing has fixed this. Problem going on almost 3 months now. I've tried numerous other fixes, such as different internet providers, different VPN providers, uninstall of hearthstone / battle.net, uninstall of hearthranger, separate computers, all with no resolution. This problem is either affecting only a few number of players or only free-to-play players because the developer has ignored the problem.

I've figured out this issue isn't actually an error. It's affectively a ban on the Hearthranger user. If you are getting this error it is because your account is locked/blocked/banned in some way by Hearthranger Admin. That's why you'll not see a fix for this issue.
