Using external silverfish AI?

How could I using silverfish as my external AI module ? I know that program has this option , but I can’t find silverfish.dll. nohero123 has a silverfish project on github , but it has been 5 years since he last updated. Any help will be appreciated.

Silverfish is obsolete, default a.i. is better.
