any news about this error?
cant run the bot for a week now
u guys have changed the access for trial accounts maybe?

As far as I know this issue hasn't been fixed for anyone and has been ongoing for at least 4 patches.

It seems the issue is with free accounts or they are just blocked. It is not the problem with antivirus, firewall or Windows version.

Hello guys,
Yes I think it's related to free accounts.
I had a licence and never had this problem with my other account.
Few days after my licence expiration, I started Heartranger and the problem began.
(I tried this one (yoggy) to test with another account and new installation)
They are talking about anti-virus, firewall, etc... but I never changed anything between these 2 days (licence <-> free account).
I only use windows for hearthranger so I don't do anything but start Battle.net -> HS -> Hearthranger (I don't even update Win7).

I confirm : it’s related to free accounts
First test : tried with my actual settings => failed
Second test : tried with the same settings using a licence => succeed

I think they blocked all of the trial account.
I reinstalled my OS on my pc and first of all i installed HS and hearthranger again but the issue is still persist. I dont understand why they just dont announce that the trial account is not allowed anymore.

It's simple, they dont want anyone using multiples free account, but they are just cowards to tell this to anyone else, they just want you to pay some license and that's all, let anyone know that.
