Hey all. I am coming back to HS after not playing since Vanilla. I have a pretty good set of cards from the original set, but nothing from the new allowed expansions. What is the best way to do the following:
1) Acquire cards to make any of the current meta
2) Earn gold
Right now I have it completing my daily quests and then playing with random hero afterward. Should I be doing a different set of tasks? Also what type of decks should I be spending my gold on?

paladin / baku is one of the cheapest and most effective decks right now. Only required 1 legendary card. Also baku fits alot of different decks.
Just do your quests, then play or bot casual mode for gold. Theres no other way, unless you're good in arena.
Also make sure you do the brawl every week. Free packs with minimal effort

Do you have a link for the deck you're talking about? Do I need to change any logic for it to work?

use hsreplay.com it has the best decks and they're all paladin .. and spiteful druid

Not against that, but which? I literally have no active card sets other than standard and the few Witchwood expansions I've earned. Is there a series better to invest in than the other?
