I can't get past rank 20 with this bot?
I created a "best deck" for mage, and i just sit there and wait for the bot to do his thing.
But it won't get past rank 20.
And the winrate is also very bad...

Any tips?

Most of these decks won't help. A lot of them are made by people who have no real idea of what they are doing. Truth is this bot will take A LOT of configuration to get to a decent win rate. It really struggles with any spec that isn't a zoo/aggro spec. It has hard logic problem which is evident when you even try to do an AND | OR.

So unless you want to spend considerable time configuring shit yourself to not make really stupid plays (like defile on 2x 1/1 minions), don't expect to climb very high.
