Can you try to download full package of v.10.5.7.0, then extract boot.dll from the rar file, then overwrite boot.dll to your current hearthranger working directory?

Me too, no problems. Maybe unnecessary, but I have excluded HearthRanger directory in Windows 10 Defender settings.

I just did a full Windows 10 Reset.
Same behaviour with Hearthranger :(

Now new version's degrade has been fixed.

It's already been rolled back to original boot.dll.

No problems here. Using Windows 10 with default settings, no other programs running and using Windows 10 defender.

Windows API returns different temp folder path with the same ::GetTempPath() function in different systems, we try to fix an offline issue caused by this system bug.
