Usually it's caused by Hearthranger.exe has no right to access game's process, or it's blocked by your anti-virus software.

did not find any solutions in the FAQ
I will try to reinstall the program today
already a year as it worked, the problem appeared by itself, antiviruses not installed, may be "battleeye" (anti hack used in playerunknown's battlegrounds) blocked this..

You can try to remove [TMP],[TEMP] variable in your system's variables. (Not user variable).

Then restart your computer, then try to start game and bot again.

still not working for me.
Since yesterday it is not working it anymore....
maybe there was some Microsoft patch?

i have windows 10 without windows update (turn off)
on the computer nothing changed except the drivers on the video card and the installation of the game Surviving Mars
uninstall Surviving Mars not helped

added full acsees to users, did not help
clean temp files too
windows defender off
make rules in windows firewall to full acses for HearthRanger.exe

I have the same issue. It suddenly stopped working with the last update of hearthranger.

I tried to add a rule in the firewall
I modified the registry authorizations as suggested
I removed and reinstalled both HearthStone and HearthRanger

I don't know what to do anymore

I have Antivir but nothing blocks HearthRanger

Any suggestions ?
