so i just downloaded hearthranger just now and i extracted the zip file and clicked "launcher" and it keeps saying "server not ready, restart to try again", any solutions to this? the bot is also up to date 10.5.7

If it is working, you need to fine-tune the settings. I assume you run the bot in Administrator mode and entered a valid userid/password.
