That list has settings for the outdated external AI, silverfish; it was discontinued after the un'goro expansion and doesn't support the Knights of the Frozen Throne & Kobolds and Catacombs expansions.
Unless it's what you're already using, you should switch to the default Vision AI since it's evidently faster and better and is frequently updated.
Although better performance is not guaranteed, you can try doing the following (according to Vision AI index).
Open the
HearthRanger.ini file under Hearthranger root directory.
Create the following sections and values.
[VICPU]
CPUNumber=6
Then:
