It's a false alarm, you can use www.virustotal.com to get total virus detection report.

HearthRanger.exe is an obfuscated .net assembly.

Exe was deleted by Defender, can not start it anymore

You can add Hearthranger.exe to your defender's whitelist. Then download the full package again.

I already tryied and then when I try to use it only a new windows called "hearthranger initialize setup wizard" is open, and doesnt matter what you do after that it just send an "file path error"

It's the game's main execute file path, ensure to select the correct one.
