No available job to do and crash when try to unblock dll/exe

Hello,


I just downloaded the bot but when I try to launch the bot it says "No available job to do" and also when I tried to unblock the files with Hearthranger_Init_Helper I get the following msg of the crash

Can someone,please,help me fix this?

Are the two errors somehow related? Or I get the no job because the new patch hit?

"No available job to do" usually it's caused by improper bot task settings.

Please try to use the simplest settings to test it out.

if Hearthranger_Init_Helper crashes, it may be caused by lack of access rights to read/write file, it's blocked by your anti-virus software.

You can manually unlock the files by the description on the wizard window.

Thanks for the quick reply but I already tried what you sugested.

I am using an Win7_32bit in a VMWare with no antivirus and the firewall disabled.Please see the img bellow:
