I am pretty new with this software, but have you registered the software after you bought it or do you run a free version?
The free version only works for 1 hour currently. So maybe your time ran out when you were trying to login?
Also, when you bought the software, you need to put the serial code you receive in the forum inbox of the private messaging in the interface. Like instructed in the video's of how to get it working. Maybe you could check if the serial has been approved? If not you might trying to get your game starting but it blocks it hence the time ran out.
