trying to buy and get message saying
"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method."
paypal is verified and i can log into it no problem.
is it safe to give this site my debit card info?

Such issue comes from paypal, not our website, our website will never ask you to provide your bank card/credit card info.
Usually it's restricted by your local paypal policy, please contact paypal to know the reason.
we can accept bitcoin too.
