pausing is your best bet, however, if you pause in the middle of an action, you'll be locked out of the game.
Often, when I pause the bot, I won't be able to interact with the game at all unless the bot completes it's action.
Very frustrating sometimes, but i just remember this is a gold farming bot, not something to be used in conjunction of normal play.
