Respected Sir,

I purchased a lifetime license last year, but I have not played the game in many months.

Today I downloaded HearthRanger to resume Hearthstone botting but unfortunately it says I don't have any license.

Please help.

I still have Paypal Transaction ID and email if required...
And I have pmed it to JoyAdmin.

Edit: I have lost my original account on this forum, in case it was unclear...

You have another bot account named 'dngat', that's the correct one with lifetime license binded.

Same Problem here with me,
i bought a lifetime license like 6 years ago and now i went back to hearthstone.
I have the right login but there is no license bind to my account anymore.
Back when i played in earlyer times i could check the key for account binding in my account. but there is no such option anymore.

can you help me ?

This is usually caused by using wrong bot account.

Send your paypal email address to me, if I can find your transaction I'll tell you which bot account is the correct one.

could you give me the name of my another bot account about my email :873061050@qq.com
That account have my lifetime licence, but i foget it's name.
