With the new patch (9.6.0.0) bot doesn't use Kill Command at all anymore. I saw it missed several lethals and good trades with it in hand.

Anyone else having same problem?

This happened to me too. Had 2 kill commands in hand, 7 mana, 2 damage on board (both beasts), and the opponent had 9 health left. So I had 12 damage total -- didn't use either kill command.

I took a snapshot of the turn, but.... I don't know what that does, or how to upload logs or anything.

Can confirm - it works for me now. Played about half an hour ago and it wasn't working - upgraded to v.9.6.1.0 and currently working fine. :-)
