Same thing happened to me. From rank 10 to 6 and then to 10. It used to happen with silverfish also
Use the option to stop the bot if he gets lower to X rank just in case

btw has anyone tested quest warrior? its actually the most consistent for climbing IMO.

I just started testing with Aggro murloc and Redfish - right now sitting at about 80% win rate in casual. Going to let it run overnight and see what happens.

Quest warrior is too slow to win. I think using it for ladder is not appropriate. Anyway, you can try it.

Shortly after I posted that, the bot hit rank 5 but I will not bot past rank 5 because it seems too obvious and I don't think the bot is going to do particularly well, either. I'll probably let him farm some wins for golden hero portrait in standard and maybe hit rank 5 there, too, and depending on my time I might grind for legend manually - probably in wild since it seems easier due to the more diverse meta and thus seemingly easier matchups.

crashed 3 times within 5 hours. i hope we can find a solution or it kinda defeats the purpose. 15->11 ->15 ->11->15

Man, when redfish crashes, it really crashes. Stopping and restarting the bot doesn't fix it. Have to close the redfish window as well as close the HR window then come back in for it to reset.

Pretty bad when you don't notice it for a bit - your hand just fills up and you rope out.

ill look for the logs later not on home PC now. there are multiple ways it crashes, and a lot of times it doesnt do so in the middle of a game. the redfish.exe doesnt say wait for next board. it will get stuck typically at a loading game not during a game. sometimes during mulligans etc so it might not even be in the game log. i think its more accurate to look at what redfish.exe was saying last to know where it crashed.

secondly, ive looked at silverfish settings. typically speed setting is turned off because it has caused crashes, however redfish settings speed is turned on.

what ive done is turn speed off, and turn external process off. it hasnt crashed for a few hours. maybe its a fix, maybe its luck. well we'll just have to see.

Understood. I followed the directions and used the files in the first post - no other changes that to tell HR to use the AI file and such. I assumed the Silverfish stuff from the log and whatnot was a carryover since you forked Silverfish to make Redfish - if I have something misconfigured, just let me know and I'll be happy to test again!

ive looked at logs where ive crashed and was able to find about half of the crashes. half of them is associated with discovery.

the other half happens during mulligan. the way it discovers and mulligans might have some similarity? maybe that similarity is whats causing the crash.

ok i was botting on pirate warrior. it doesnt have any discovery cards. and bot crashed either after the game ended or most likely during mulligan of the next game. that means my hypothesis is right, discovery is not the only issue. mulligan might be another.

and that is with external process and speed turned off. so there you have it guys. and its not reflected in the logs either.

Same resluts here... the same problem going from 15 to 11 than dropping to 15 untill reatsaring the bot and redfish...(I believe thsi is cuz the game crashes and than when bot retarts the game on itself...maybe this is the probelm)

i feel that anyone using redfish to bot wild ranked pirate warrior v2.4 should stop.

vision AI removes the slow attacking 1 by 1 problem. but redfish doesnt neither will any future external AI module.

redfish is great and who knows how long it will take for vision to catch up, so if u guys wanna avoid detection either go to standard for pirate warrior/use a different deck etc.

Bot usually uses hero power first and then summons the Vilefin Inquisitor. (3rd turn)
Also, after using Gentle Megasaur, bot summons the Bluegill Warrior.

It is not a redfish issue, VAI does the same, hope version 9.4.0.0 fixed that issue.
