Hej guys, couple days ago i thought lets get myself Hearthranger. so i made a paypal account. got my bank linked. payed the money.
it said i had to wait for 1-2 days. after 2 days it was drawn from my bank. but i got no email or nothing. can anybody help me out? i still got prove.
i only got a receipt from paypal.
do they send the key in the email they send when u buy it?

yeah there is nothing in it.
i made the forum account after i bought the bot.
i thought i would receive info in my emailbox.
now i dont know what to do.

I didnt get by email, I got by forum inbox it said "Hearthranger Bot Order Delivery"
maybe he is holding off on sending out the keys cause the bot is currently not working with latest expansion? just a theory

could be, i dont know.
i need to speak with an admin, to sort this out. i did not receive the code. because i had no account yet. but it would be nice it he could resend it somehow.
hopefully we will find a solution :)
still using the 2 hour a day for free. :(

If you didn't have a forum account then that would be the problem, use the mail in the top right and then explain your case. They could see the purchase and see that there was an error and solve it. Best way to do it, unsure if a forum moderator / admin can resolve. ^^ good luck

i tried, but the mail does not work. when u send an email to that mail it says it does not work.
so hopefully a mod will read it. i send an admin a message. ill just wait and hope it gets resolved.
i made my account this evening lol. did not read it well enough i quess.

If it isn't resolved within 24 hours just challenge it with paypal and order again maybe. Though should be fine the forum is pretty dead atm though ^^ updates will come though I doubt it is to do with that.

yeah, i contacted them by paypal. if it takes to long ill refund it. and do it again.
