So my bot cant get more than a 30% win chance with pirate warrior wich is really bad because I have seen people hit rank 5 with it. I have Seepefeets silverfish and I have pasted the combos and mulligans in the Silverfish folder. But the bot cant seem to play the deck right. He attacks minions when he should be going face a lot more. Please, someone, tell me what the issue may be :)

make sure it says "silverfish AI version 125.3SE" in the bot control option.
make sure nothing is checked in auto concede option
make sure you are not roping by searching "rope" the silverfish logs
make sure you are botting at night

What mrgodai said plus I would suggest posting a screenshot of your silverfish window when it loads your files.
Maybe even your folder in the place you have placed the files for the settings.
Obviously make sure your hearthstone username is not visible in any of these.
Are you using scottbreak's wild pirate decklist, the standard version or the new standard version again made by scottbreak?
Also how many games have you actually played with it?
My bet is with the auto concede function as said above though.

I got a low win rate too but it's around 40% and I stuck at 15 rank using a new Pirate aggo standard deck. I'll try to botting at night and I will post my win rate tomorrow.

make sure you are botting at night woah this rope search is huge!! I was suspecting there were turns that was roping while I was using my laptop. Do you have a good way to search "rope" though all of an overnight games? (instead of game by game)

Same my warrior has struggled also. Was hoping for the budget .txts in the project rank 5 cause I have had a higher win rate with that just using silverfish than I have this deck
