default silverfish(V128.00) misplay Ragnaros and Alexstrasza's Champion

Dear JoyAdmin(?),

I find that after update to HR v6.4.9.0, which include update to default silver.dll. It has misplay on Ragnaros and Alexstrasza's Champion.

silverfish would try to "attack" with Ragnaros on board, fail to and just rope.
Try attack with Ragnaros

in case of Alexstrasza's Champion, it would play, but does not recognize she has charge when it has Dragon in hand.

I would like to add that AI does not prefer to Life tap hero power. It happens when I watch it plays a zoolock deck. It has 20+ HP, 5 mana left (in a 7 mana turn), no card in hand, slightly favored board and still not Tap.
