Bot crashes after a few games

Hey guys,

It seems like the bot would crash on me (the program gets greyed out) after a few games. For example, when the bot gets greyed out, i would instantly concede and i have to restart hearthranger. Any idea whats going on?

Same happens with me every time I leave the bot!
I can't get to rank 5 at all because of this

Are there any possible way to restart the hearthranger bot itself like how the bot restarts the hearthstone game when it crashes?

I got that crashing thing too, once in a while bot crashes and sometimes even hearthstone freezes,
bot crashes average 5 times/hour.

I play a mech mage on casual. Bot crashes 4-5 times before I earn the daily 100 gold. This started happening after the last patch. Is there a log file I can upload or something to help the devs?

(the program gets greyed out) <---- this means your trial time is used up, you can come back tomorrow.

Or your computer has lost connection with our bot server, which is located in USA.

Is there a way to configure the (number of times and delay between retries with minimum delay hard coded not to flood the server ;) )

Strange thing is that the log file seems to show that the bot has tried to reconnect once per minute but has not recover from the whole night until I manually exit the bot and launch it back.
No problem to get connected here.

Could it be possible that an issue would prevent the reconnection process to work correctly after some times ? (ip blacklisted from server side because too many reconnects attempts ?)

By default settings bot will auto restart game by one minute internal and try 3 times, after that if game still fails to start, then bot will stop trying it.

You can set the trial times in [Auto stop / Auto reconnect] panel.
