I guess you mean he should play in ranked. No need to concede in casual.

I do mean conceding in casual.

If you don't do this, your hidden rank will increase and you will be eventually matched against equal opponents resulting in winrate of 50%. This means to get 100 daily gold you will play 60 full time matches.

If you do concede though, you should be able to stay at low hidden rank with 90ish % winrate. Getting 100 gold will take ~33 full time matches and 30 instant concedes, a bit more than half the time of non-concede way.

And what settings should I use on HR? Concede after every win or?

I would give it a try. Definitely combo and mulligan files would help but should not be essential for low mmr casual farming. Since it's a zoolock make sure you keep maxwide in settings.txt no higher than 4000-4500 or bot will rope out with full board - I assume you are going to use silverfish.

And yes, make sure concede after each win is set while running in casual. I believe after some time win ratio should stabilize at about 80-90% (excluding concedes) this way. Also after a series of wins when you for example do quests manually the win rate will drop for a while.
