HearthRanger license key is not being shipped! help please!

Hey there,
So i bought a HearthRanger lifetime Session yesterday and i got a message in my inbox with the transaction id and the information that they will send me the Card sn.
It has been 13 hours now and the license key was not sent to me. My brother bought a lifetime session yesterday too and his license key was shipped instantly.
When does the code usually get shipped? Why isnt it shipped yet?

Since you paid with eCheck, the transaction is still pending in paypal, usually it needs several days to get confirmed.

Our system will deliver license code to your forum's inbox automatically once the transaction is completed by paypal.

And I have added some points to your bot account so you can use it as subscribed user immediately.

After got license code please don't forget to register it.
