I have an old account that I need the password for. The problem is that I had a friend help me set it up, and I don't remember the security question answer, because the question is literally "hej". Is there any way to reset the password without the security question, or at least get a new hearthranger account for that hearthstone account?

Also, can you have multiple accounts on 1 email? Because while creating this one, to post about the issue, I used my default email address.

Yes you can have multiple account on 1 email.

Since your current account is a free account, you can register a new one if you don't remember the registration information.
