Having problems setting up HR
Whenever i open Hearthranger.exe or Hearthranger_Init_Helper it says "Hearthranger_Init_Helper has stopped working"

Looks like it's .net framework runtime environment issue, can you try to re-install .net framework 4.0 or higher?
Also you can try to re-download latest full bot package.

already tried reinstalling frameworks and even verified it no issues at all
is there a link for the full bot package?
