Hearthranger won't work

so i've been using it for about 2 days without any problem and now it won't work for me anymore even though the counter still said i still have 270 mins left
the logs keep saying TransitStateMachineFromOffline over and over again.
i've unlock all files and check administrative privilege. Is there anything else ?

I have the same problem. Hearthrange doesn't connect with my Hearthstone. The difference is that in my case is the first time I try to use this aplication.
Please help us.
