there are two switchs I am confused about, at the settings.txt in sliver. hopefully someone will tell me about them, thanks~

they are:

simulatePlacement = true;
according to the instruction, I see no reasons to switch this to false, but I do see a lot of decks set this to false, why?


speed = false;
also it is in the instruction it is not recommended to switch to true since it will cause misplay, but I still see some decks, especially rush deck, to switch this to true, for fast play maybe?
