You probably didnt set the game path right, on initial startup, HR askes a few things this is one of them. You can just remove all files, reddownload, start, and make sure you do this part correctly. Make sure you run HR with admin privileges!

You can also edit your gamepath in the menu of HR under basic settings but since you say it freezes, you can alternatively go to ...\HearthRanger\task folder and open "HearthRanger - Bot for Hearthstone.tsk" file using notepad. Search for "<sGamePath>" string. When you find it, put the path for hearthstone.exe there. Example: <sGamePath>C:\Hearthstone\Hearthstone.exe</sGamePath> <-- Put your path here
