@botmaker , after I used your update, my silver window stopped opening when using the bot, i tried replacing the silver files with the one on the first page of this thread and unblocking the files but still no silver pop up...any idea for this? Thanks.

Took a look at the dreadsteed backstab problem expecting to find a bug, turns out this was just a really bizarre result of the settings.

See, the bot assumes the enemy can play a big minion next turn (since you're at turn 10), so it wants to be able to remove a big threat if it comes. With 5 cards in hand, and "nextTurnTotalBoards=200" like you have, bot couldn't simulate enough plays for your 2nd turn to figure out that Corruption = decent removal for any big threat. But if you only had 4 cards in hand, then "nextTurnTotalBoards=200" would be enough, so the bot really just plays Backstab because your settings, in this one rare case, favor a smaller hand.

Like I said, this is a rare case, so you proably don't even need to change your settings. But if you want to, I'd recommend "nextTurnTotalBoards=500" or so.

either your settings.txt file contains this line: "useExternalProcess = false" ,
your messed up your path-names, or you didnt installed my version (make sure 117.01 is shown in bot-options of HR)

Your best bet is to use the _combo.txt system to change the bot's values for certain cards and plays. You'll have to search around the forum a bit, but there's other users who have written good default _combo.txt and _mulligan.txt files you might want to try (see this post)

A very simple combo line you could add to just give higher value to playing Coin + Haunted Creeper whenever it can would be:

GAME_005,0;FP1_002,0;mana:1;bonus:20

You can just paste that in a _combo.txt, and whenever you have coin and creeper, it should be valued higher than any other turn 1 play.

Well here is my little issue with your last version of silverfish, for now all release work good in my computer but with your last version i have a problem.

The problem comes from Silver.exe file, when i tried to open it manually or via HR the process is freeze and i can't kill it (task manager, cmd or process explorer) the only solution is to reboot my computer. So i tried to use the previous version of Silver.exe (15 Nov) and this version works very good, no freeze.

Oijkn tried to help me via Teamviewer and he confirmed me that he last version of Silver.exe can't run in my computer.

Can you help me please with this issue ? Do you need some log or something else ?

After looking closer i think (but not sure) the problem come from his computer because my SFU tool don't run too.

I can confirn that copying only silver.exe and dll does not work with latest ver, also with the previous one the hearthrnger just keep looping starting from turn 1 and u have to help it to move for it to run.

So I'm back using silver ver from date 10.23.15 which I've had most success with, I dont know why but for some reason it has fewer missplays and therefor got me back upto rank12 again (earlier this month it got me to rank 5 with mech mage, then it tanked down to rank 12 the day after)

I've had a horrible time with version between the current and 10.23.15, it further dropped me down to 17 for a few days thus I informed the botmaker about it with logs, then I went back using 10.23.15 ver due to the fact the newer ones didnt work as mentioned above.

Edit: Dunno if anyone noticed but there's 3 silver.exe instanes when you open HR with the latest ver but it shows up in HR as 0 outside the box to the right, one of the processes can be shutdown but not the other 2, I havnt had this problem before and there were never 3 instances of it.

I'm an so called expert user(I'm clearly not, I copy other ppl settings) which used tweak the bot settings/muligan/combo but recently I've acquired autoswitcher for classes which made my life alot easier.

Edit2: forgot to mention I've tried this on 3 different pc and they all have same problem with silverfish 3 instances and so on.

This is the silverfish 10.23.15 version, this is only temporary waiting for a fix from the botmaker himself, but it'll let you play with the latest HR. And in my opinion is the version which has least missplays but no LOE support, yes this means silver cant use Discovery cards.

There was an enemy's northshirecleric alone in the board.

The northshirecleric was hp 1.

I had a musterforbattle, so I think using the musterforbattle and the weapon will clear the northshirecleric.

However, bot decided to use Loatheb and Loatheb easily died by priest's hero power and attack by the northshirecleric.

Below is the log file of that turn.

I want to know why it happened.

@Pidoras did you update to latest HR (4.6.2.0)? did you choose my ai in botsettings (showing a 117.02 in the text beside the dropdown-menu) (sended you a pm)
@oijkn i used your tool twice and it allways loaded the latest version (sfu has nothing to do with my computer, only with github)
@er009 i didnt change the logic behind silver with the latest two updates, only added new cards. do you have some other silver.exe saved on your computer/hearthstone folder? my dll will not open another silver.exe, if there is allready one running. if HR shows a 0 outside of the Bot-option-dropdown-menu, then you did something wrong :D you have to select silver.dll and after you selected it, you have to read 117.02 (=latest version) in the text beside t the drop down. (maybe you are using HR's version of silverfish) make sure you closed Hearthstone + HR when you update the ai-files.
(look at whenwhen, hes running the latest version)


@whenwhen, can you give me the whole turn? because he dicided in this step, to play knifejuggler + muster for battle + attacking with hero

@botmaker: cool thanks, I'll check it out later and I dont know which ver is the latest cause the one which didnt workfor me is dated 18.11.2015. But I'll test it out later on today and will let you know about my findings.

Regarding the miss plays and you havn't changed the logic, you've told me about this before and I find it could be a bug perhaps? there is no other explanation for the miss plays I've seen with certain release of silverfish and or the same silverfish starts to play terrible for some odd reason.

Silverfish 18.11,2015 wprks perfectly with the latest HR.

I have no idea what happened yesterday, but redownloaded the file from the page which has exact same date and time, so if you guys have problems with it not loaded in HR then I highly suggest you redownload the rar file.

Now for the testing to see what type of plays it does.

Edit: After about 2hrs monitoring the bot, all I can say is that it's back to doing good plays again. Thanks again botmaker!

I second what er009 said. The latest version works perfectly with HR and the issue with silverfish not appearing in the dropdown has been resolved as well! Nice work!

Got 2 dreamcards from Ysera and bot decited to dream back enemy's azure drake twice!

Dream is usualy a rly big tempo-gain but ofc not when you let your oponents draw 3 cards with his azure drake battlecry :D. Worst is the enemy was out of cards which is a big deal. Giving him more cards at that point is the last thing you want imo.

On the board i have: big game + shieldmaiden, enemy has: sludge and sorcerer

I have baron geddon in the hand, so i want to kill the sludge so it pops his slime, then play baron geddon and pass (the 2dmg to all with baron will kill his slime and sorcerer on end turn)

Bot plays it allmost right and then decided to hit the slime with the shieldmaden, so the shieldmaiden gets -1 health for nothing. IF it just passed the baron would have killed the 2 health slime anyway.
