Rogue attacked with buccaneer into a voidwalker and THEN used it's hero power.

It doesn't seem to know about Buccaneer +1 to equip weapon.

This happened on my turn 2 after I played Bucc on turn 1 and he played voidwalker and coin to imp on his turn 1.

Bot missed lethal. I saw it, thought the bot saw it, no dice.

enemy had 5 HP left

I had two cards: Kill command, and explosive trap. If the bot had used kill command on the hero instead of the tinkertown technician it would have been 5 damage when he attacked me to end the game.

Instead, bot lost and its opponent had 3 HP.

It's not exactly a missed lethal, the bot's intentionally programmed to assume that explosive trap will *not* kill the enemy (even if the enemy's at 2hp), in order to prevent making a misplay (i.e. assuming enemy will attack into explosive trap, but instead enemy heals first or steals your secret, etc). Basically it doesn't really want to assume the enemy will die on its own turn, unless it's something uncontrollable (like fatigue damage).

Not saying it can't be changed, just explaining why it currently works that way.

Is it bugged with 4.5.0?

jacob...mine didn't start either. I redownloaded the silverfish rar, unzipped it and restarted the bot and everything worked again. Try that and see what happens.

I really don't know much about programming or what kind of algorithm this bot uses.

But there is some sort of fundamental flaw when the bot cannot calculate that the match is going to end on its opponents next turn, and 3+2 = 5.

I guess seeing the big picture (win vs lose) is an aspect of human intuition.

To be fair though, it does make some pretty good plays that I dont see sometimes.

He's around. If you look at his github page, you will see that he has worked lastly on silverfish just yesterday, and has a version ready and compiled for 4.6.0.0 - but no new cards yet. He'll prolly drop in any day now.

You can install that version I guess, not sure what the benefits would be though. Depends on what "compiled" means.

- tracking/discover mechanic is only theoretical supported, HR will not play them (i'm writing with joyadmin about the issue)

Hi, first of all thanks for your work, is awesome.

I have some questions, do not know if this goes here, if this not here sorry.

How i change starter hand?

Example:

I have in hand, Haunted creeper, Knife Juggler, Coin as starter hand.
Bot always play, coin+knife juggler (Its ok)
But at this moment its better play as first, haunted creeper+coin, to next turn drop knife juggler and kill her minion with haunted creeper (BEcause all people focus Knife juggler if u play it at turn 1)

> Haunted creeper + Coin
> Shield minibot + coin
> Secret (Avenge or Noble Sacfrifice) + coin + Secretkeeper

as first options instead of coin+juggler as best option

Knife Juggler is a higher valued play overall, but yes, it's not a sticky minion so sometimes you don't want your bot to be so greedy.

Your best bet is to use the _combo.txt system to change the bot's values for certain cards and plays. You'll have to search around the forum a bit, but there's other users who have written good default _combo.txt and _mulligan.txt files you might want to try (see this post)

A very simple combo line you could add to just give higher value to playing Coin + Haunted Creeper whenever it can would be:

GAME_005,0;FP1_002,0;mana:1;bonus:20

You can just paste that in a _combo.txt, and whenever you have coin and creeper, it should be valued higher than any other turn 1 play.
