Deck rule default doesn't work when silver.dll is applied. But we don't care about that and just set it up.

The season just began, people are now farming for ranks with better decks. Accept your lower winrate, and this win rate will get way higher in 1-2 weeks.

I used that deck when hearthstone was without Grand Tournament. Now it's a little bit harder :)
