Normal move slow and like stupid?

Using silverfish 1.2.0.0 but it calculates so slow and moves so slow time runs out it doesnt finish all moves
And it can kill enemy with minions and 1 fireball on hand
But they try to kill enemy minion and fill minions like stupid


I cant say always but most of times.. is it normal?
I guess i can reach like 85% if this stupid doesnt happen..

Silverfish has not updated to latest game client yet, use default A.I.
