When the deck builder finds various decks after clicking "Find my best decks", are the different deck builds ranked and listed from "highest to lowest" ranked? Or are they just the different builds that are on the database?
I just want to know if the first deck that pops up is actually "better" than the 2nd which is better than the 3rd...so on.

Yes the decks are listed by rank, but it's better or not depends on you how to play with it.
A deck may get higher rank if most users voted that it's very good for beginners.
You can use deck filter to lock some key cards, and find your best deck easily.

How can deck builder used? It sais anyone can use till beta test end, its still beta and i cannot use it.
