I just tried downloading it myself to see if the file was corrupted or so. Works fine here. Using microsoft office 2013 but should work with 2007-2013 versions.
Try to download it again, choose direct download in dropbox.

Also, I don't know where to report these sort of things but it discarded mech warper (2 drop). Maybe it's intentional, but it kept another 2/3 (bloodsail raider). This was in arena. Not sure why it would value one over the other. Had no weapons in the draft either.

Also, refused to play piloted sky golem. Played violet teacher, had 1 mana left and 3 minions had 1 health on enemy side and refused to play arcane missiles.

Hi, I'm quite new to using HR, and when I tried to use the rules that were provided (on any class), it always tries to play cards that are too high on mana cost (for example, fiery war axe on turn 1 with no coin)
This also happened upon using silver.dll, is this a commonly known problem?

Ummm, maybe something was changed in teh bot. My rules avoid that, except that the nerubian egg has taunt.

Can anyone confirm that?
